Artist's Statement: It took me a little bit to figure out what I wanted to do for this project. What do I believe? How deep do I want to get? Did I want to be vulnerable? How far did I want to push this? After some time, I found I wanted to play it safe but still express something important to me. I decided to do something a little fun, a little relaxing, and a little informative. I came up with a pun and thus focused on Sound(’)s Satisfying. I checked the internet for sounds that people (in general) thought were satisfying or relaxing. I made a small selection of sounds that I felt were particularly interesting or relaxing. I decided to play the samples for everyone and have a sound or two that were made in the room. While I was preparing I opened a can of soda and HAD to add it. As I was thinking of nostalgic sounds I decided that bubble wrap would be a nice takeaway. I found out the day of that one of my classmates didn’t like bubble wrap AT ALL. After checking with her,
